In honor of Women's History Month, this community conversation explores peri/menopause as a powerful and transformative life transition. Through expert insight, lived experience, and guided dialogue, we challenge stigma, debunk common misconceptions, and center self-advocacy, cultural context, and collective care embracing this next chapter as one of growth, renewal, and possibility.
